For over 7 years we have talked about shopping local, supporting local and being involved with the Local Community. During the next few weeks I can't express enough how important it is during the holidays that all of our residents, business owners and those who visit our community to really make an effort. We have so many people in our community who work hard daily to make Lawrenceville a better place. Many of our shop owners, our pastors and church leaders, our teachers and city employees work many hours to make this community better. I hope when you are with your family you will make an effort to buy a gift from one of the shop owners, eat at one of restaurants, buy a gift certificate for a stocking stuffer but really reach in your wallet and help bring revenue to our community. If you don't know some of our shop owners my monthly article in the Gwinnett Citizen highlights some of the ones who constantly give of their time, money and energy to lift our community. This will be a great place to start your support. Here is your week in Lawrenceville!
