A renaissance of healthy and vibrant downtowns is vital to Georgia's future. They are the heart of a community, the pulse of the economy and a barometer for our quality of life.
The Georgia Renaissance Act affirms the importance of Georgia's downtowns by offering state tax incentives for private sector investments within clearly defined downtown boundaries called Renaissance Districts.
Michael Mcpherson, will share an overview of this Act, what to expect in legislative session and how this Act will impact downtown businesses.
